Upon arrival at Srinagar airport, proceed to Dal Lake, where you will check into a houseboat. Enjoy dinner and spend the night.
Start the day with breakfast and an early morning visit to Pahalgam, situated at an altitude of 2,130 meters. Originally a humble shepherd's village, Pahalgam has transformed into Kashmir's premier resort. Explore the scenic beauty with a leisurely stroll or pony ride through picturesque pinewoods to the renowned Mini-Switzerland (Baisaran). Alternatively, embark on a sightseeing tour of Pahalgam, visiting Betaab Valley, Chandanwari, and Aru Valley. Betaab Valley, named after the Bollywood film, offers lush green meadows surrounded by snow-clad mountains. Chandanwari, the starting point of the annual yatra in July to August, is known for its flat terrain accessible by car. Return to Srinagar in the evening, check into the houseboat, and enjoy dinner.
After breakfast, head to Gulmarg. Have lunch at a local restaurant and explore Gulmarg, often referred to as the "Meadow of Flowers" and the "Switzerland of India." It boasts a famous ski resort and the world's highest 18-hole golf course. Enjoy a leisurely stroll or pony ride (available for a fee) across green meadows, visit one of the world's highest golf courses, or take a Gondola ride. Gulmarg, discovered in the 16th century, was a favorite resort of the Mughal Emperor Jahangir and offers exceptional beauty. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay in a houseboat or hotel.
Begin the day with an early breakfast, followed by a visit to the gardens around Srinagar. Return to the hotel for lunch and then proceed to Srinagar Airport for your departure to Delhi.
